Family Dentistry in Gardena, CA

I usually don't write reviews unless they are negative so bear with me as this is my first positive review in a while. Let me start by saying this dentist is newly remodeled so the vibe when I walked in was extraordinary. I went into the restroom before I was called and even the restroom is remodeled... the little mirror with the light thing is so BOMB! Secondly, the staff here is so so amazing everyone was so friendly from when I checked in all the way till I checked out. With that being said there was one young lady that stood out. Her name is Tatiana. She was so nice and friendly to both my daughters and she will be the reason why I will keep coming back here. She really made my kids feel comfortable and made me feel at ease while they were working on their teeth... NO CRYING for the first time ever!!!!!! All thanks to Tatiana. Anyways to wrap it up I really enjoyed this past visit and the staff here is so great so if you're undecided of coming here just show up and I guarantee you will leave happy.

The staff is welcoming, patient, and supportive, especially of children who are uncomfortable in a dentist environment. Leslie, the office manager, makes it her goal to ensure the environment is welcoming. Tatiana, the hygienist, is patient and encouraging with children!

Hello, I want to leave a review just say how astonishing and grateful I am as parent for bringing my child to Gardena Dental Group. If I say I’m satisfied for the work they’ve done, it’s not enough to say how really satisfied I am to bringing my child to this place. I have been bringing my child to his routine cleaning as followed. Dr shah and her assistant Yesenia have been patient with my child and have explained to me everything they have needed to provide. They have been providing all the posible ways to have my child’s teeth nice, perfect and healthy. I am grateful for this dental office and will continue bringing my child. Also I will referred close friends and family to this dental office. Thank you Gardena Dental group… you guys mean a lot to me!!

I recently visited Gardena Dental Group and had a fantastic experience! As someone who doesn't typically enjoy dental visits, I was especially impressed with their care. The entire staff is very attentive and creates a welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was exceptional – very thorough and gentle. I also appreciated that all treatment options were explained clearly and comprehensively. The benefits coordinator was also incredibly helpful, walking me through my insurance coverage and helping me decide on the best course of treatment. Gardena Dental Group is a great choice for both adults and children!

Dr. Shah is blunt/ straight to the point. I actually love how she expresses her thoughts about her patient's teeth. I understand her passion. Yesenia was extremely pleasant and gentle. Her assistant is always welcome while handling my children. Awesome dual Thanks, guys

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 8 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They’ve taken amazing care of my teeth, and I also bring all my children here. The dentists and hygienists are gentle, patient, and great with kids—which is so important to me as a mom. Appointments are easy to schedule, and they always make sure we’re comfortable and informed. I also want to give a special shoutout to Abigail, the dental assistant—she’s absolutely amazing! She’s so kind, attentive, and great at making both kids and adults feel at ease. Her warmth and professionalism really stand out, and we always feel in good hands when she’s around. I truly trust this team with our family’s dental care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I have been coming to this office for a year now. I completed my treatment and I am currently doing ortho for my kids and myself. I love coming here the staff is so friendly from the front office girls Alondra and Genesis to the dental assistants especially Rachel. I came in feeling scared of getting work done but the dentist and Leslie, the office manager made me feel at home. Leslie’s happy and welcoming personality made it easy for me to want to trust this place. She was so kind and friendly and really helped me figure out my finances. Thanks to her help I was able to move forward with my treatment. I now my children here and they love it. I recommend this office to all my friends and to anyone in need of a dentist.

I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me for a good children's dentist. Maria and Yesenia treated my daughter. They explained everything Dr. Kalea was telling us. They gave my daughter a filling, and she let them do it without crying. This office knows what they're doing. Ten out of ten, I recommend them!

I came here because my 9 years old had been to atleast 3 other dentists and they were not even able to get x-rays on her because she had such a dental phobia. I was recommended to come here because the staff was nice and the children's dentist was patient. Thank God I tried it out because my daughter Finally got much needed treatment. Everyone in the office was warm and welcoming and made her feel safe enough to proceed. With such wonderful care she received, me and my oldest daughter also quickly became patients here and I cant emphasize enough how welcoming everyone is, it feels like home when we come in to get work done. Between the 3 we've had cleanings, extractions, fillings and the work has been well done and very professional. Its hard to find a good dentist, im glad we found ours!

One of the best dentists in the area, my whole family's dentist. My children have been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is very friendly, especially Marina, who always tries to help and answer all your questions. Very professional and kind, always.

We have our family getting check-up s and regular dental work done and are very satisfied with the level of care we have received. Our children are finally looking forward to the dentist and that is saying a lot. Give them a try and see if they can take care of you. They are honest and straightforward too.

My experience at Gardena Dental Group is always top notch. They are fair, honest and reasonable. Leslie and Nathan helped me at my last visit. I was impressed with their professionalism and care. My 3 adult children come here as well. We are thankful to have such a wonderful dental provider here in our community.

Came in with my 2 year old son on pediatric day to this dental office and I am completely satisfied. My son is a toddler that I struggle to brush his teeth doesn’t like going to no dentist or doctor and is always completely terrified of them. I came to this office and my son needed some fillings that were tricky but they had all the patients for him. Tatiana and Rachel were incredible gentle and patient with him. When I left him in the room with them he was crying don’t get me wrong had me terrified that he was crying because he’s not used to being without his mommy. I went to the lobby to wait for him and I was getting my self mentally prepared to hear him cry but grew concerned because I couldn’t hear him at all 5 minutes had past and still nothing, then I asked one of the front office assistants what’s going on with him I can’t hear him. They let me go inside to check him out he was so calm Tatiana was rubbing his forehead in such a soft and gentle way that my baby was not crying and was falling asleep I had never seen him so calm while being at a dental visit. They are completely incredible with kids I will 100% be coming back here for all my sons treatment and will be recommending all my friends and family about them.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience over the course of treatment for all three of our daughters. From the very beginning, the staff especially Tatiana, have been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office is always clean, efficient, and well-organized, which makes every visit a pleasant one. Our orthodontist, Dr. Barr, has been exceptional—thorough, patient, and always willing to explain each step of the process. Each of our daughters had slightly different orthodontic needs, and the personalized care and attention they received made a real difference. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this practice to any family looking for top-notch orthodontic care
